Primary Responsibilities: This strategically significant position is responsible for leading the architecture and development of its new claim system while supporting the existing system. Individual is responsible for participating in the development of business processes, analyzing the existing application and network and working to assure the application remains viable. Basic responsibilities also include monitoring application accuracy and providing enhancements that will improve the functionality of the application. Analytic meetings will occur with senior management to review Atlantic billing and reconciliation processes. Candidate must possess a drive for growth, independence and satisfaction. Qualifications: BS Degree At least 5 years demonstrable experience creating n-tier application architecture in ASP.NET Classic ASP and VB ASP.NET in C# and VB.NET MS SQL Server (database design, T-SQL, stored procedures) Web Services System infrastructure design and security protocol development and implementation Hosted system oversight Active Directory leverage and management System replication and disaster recovery Avaya VoIP equipment experience desirable but not required Medial claim processing experience helpful but not required Requires a verifiable track record of service.
